I’m reaching out to let you know that we will be starting a Gut Reset Program next week, on Thursday, 12 June should you wish to join. Our weekly Zoom sessions will take place every Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM SAST.
A reminder of what we will work on in the program:
Week 1-2: Cleanse & Remove
– Eliminate inflammatory foods (gluten, dairy, sugar, processed foods).
– Reduce toxins and support detox pathways (liver, kidneys).
– Hydration & gentle movement for digestion.
Week 3-4: Repair & Restore
– We gently begin to introduce gut-healing foods (bone broth, fermented foods, fibre).
– We implement our Gut Health maintenance meal plan. We optimize digestion with enzymes and targeted supplements.
– Manage stress (breathwork, sleep hygiene).
Week 5-6: Rebalance & Maintain
– We discuss any challenges we may be experiencing, and we work on finding solutions.
– Slowly reintroduce eliminated foods (as tolerated).
– Establish long-term gut-friendly habits.
