We can only create real change (which lies within a strong well-being practice) when you have accountability and relentless support. The process of working within a group or a coach creates a mirror in which to view ourselves, and a powerful accountability platform.
Why has our intention to take care of ourselves and make healthy choices consistently failed in the past? The overriding reason for failure to habituate is that it is so easy to let ourselves down, but when we are accountable to a group, or another individual, we start really showing up for ourselves, and that is where your power for change and transformation lies. Once we have done this consistently, we start to feel the benefits, and it gets easier and easier to persist. We expand our capacity for transformation, and it really becomes obvious that whatever we want is within our reach, al it requires is consistence, commitment, and support.
